The linens were aged, but clean and functional. The rooms were ok. The lighting was dim In the hallway as well as the room. The television was not a flat screen. The back was off the remote. Check in and check out went smoothly and quickly. I didn't care for the coffee in the room or at the breakfast

Shuttle driver was on her cel phone when she picked me up. She gave no greeting or welcome. She talked Spanish to someone for the entire trip, through heavy auto and pedestrian traffic. She was still talking when we arrived at the hotel. She never spoke a word to me. Young woman at aprox. 2:30 pm on apr. 18. Unacceptable.

Besides its convenient location close to the airport, the 1-night experience was terrible. Dirty and degraded rooms. My worst breakfast ever plus a ridiculous front desk assistance. Bathroom is scary. Absurd, never again.

I choose this hotel because it was very close to the airport and the rental car center. For one night it was relatively cheap and conveniently located. The room was spacious, free wifi and there was enough free parking inside the hotel's premises. However the rest was terrible. I had booked this place for 2 nights, since I had an early flight and it was very close to the airport. The front desk was awfully rude, the room looked ok when I entered it, nothing great but ok. In the morning I woke up and found huge bugs in the bathroom, 5 at least, 2 of which alive.... More
