“Don't Stay Here”

The room I booked was supposed to be a spa room with two tv's and a full size pull out sofa. I got one tv that you could barely see, a twin sofa and the jacuzzi was a joke. I spoke to the manager about my stay and was told that I could bring my own tv to fit in... More

“Good Location, Great staff”

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Extravagant lobby, and wonderful staff. They all went out of their way to make our stay a great one, I will definitely be staying there again. “Location, Location, Location”

I have stayed in different hotels around San Antonio, but the location of this hotel is excellent. You have everything you need around the corner. Not to metion the hotel itself is very comfortable. Very friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. You are close to a lot of great restaurants, and all sorts of entertainment.

I agree, our location is great. So much around the hotel that you really don't have to go far. Very convenient for the business and leisure traveler. Bowling, ice skating, movie theater, restaurants and bars galore... all within 1 mile radius! More

Very nice hotel. The lobby is quite nice and the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The outdoor pool had a lot of leaves in it. Our room was quite nice with a 42 inch flat screen. The room was clean and tidy. Free parking and wifi. Advertised as FULL breakfast? no meat, but eggs scrambled (good), waffles etc.... More

This hotel has a very nice staff. We especially liked the "breakfast lady!" She was hard working and pleasant. She cooked and cleaned and made sure the Breakfast bar was well stocked! “No hot water in room”

Have no complaints about the room, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. However, there was no hot water. The water was lukewarm. I can handle lukewarm water but my husband likes to take a hot shower and it was never hot. We complained to the front desk and according to her no one else had compained so she made... More

Our stay was typical of a Best Western. The hotel and room were clean and pleasant. We stayed one night and slept well. Breakfast was okay. The hours were 6:30 to 9:30 and I arrived about 8:45.
