This was a business trip. The frontdesk was disorganized and unfriendly. First, they could not find our (I was traveling with a colleague) reservation, and then when we tried to put it on different corporate accounts, they just flat out said "that cannot be done" because it was prepaid. I didn't believe that, but it was not worth the hassle...
