As you pull in to the Hyatt property you pass or weave around about 6 huge apartment complexes... not a surround i would find spa like. Checked in and paid up the $17/night valet as self parking would require a shuttle to be reasonable. (even though the property has room for close parking) Paid the "special rate" of $300! as... More

What a great hotel to stay at for rest and relaxation. I stayed there for business but looking at the facilities and the beautiful lazy river and the bikes for rent, I wished that my family was with me too. I didn't pay for room so not sure if it is a good value. More

This was a great resort to stay at. We went for 2 nights over a weekend, and had a great, relaxing time. Lots of amenities, several choices for food on site. I recommend a treatment at the Windflower Spa, very enjoyable, great atmosphere. There will be a lot of families with children, since this is a resort as opposed to... More

My wife and I visited here for a long weekend. The emenities are nice. Pool, lazy river, nature trail, fitness center. The rooms are a bit dated, and need updating. Still, overall a nice resort. Prices in "general store" are high.$3 for a Gatorade. More

The grounds that surround the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa are beautifully maintained and add to the serenity of the property. We stayed four nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff at registration were friendly and helpful both at check in and check out. The room location was perfect for our needs and provided a level of... More

We have made a yearly trip to this resort for the past three years with our young children (ages 6 and 4). By far the best experience that we have had was our last trip where we upgraded to the ground floor, nearest to the playground and pool. We requested the corner room with patio doors that let them run... More

With it's man made river for tubing, this resort is great for families. But it also provides a serene place to relax at The Spa where children are not admitted. Healthy snacks and fresh water with various fruits are offered during the day. The Thursday night Buffet in the Cafe is opulent and delicious. The staff is very helpful and... More

This facility has all the amenities needed to keep a young family busy and occupied. Location is close by to other popular kid related facilities. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The only downside is I would not recommend this as a quiet getaway for folks without children. More

We have stayed at Hyatt hill country resort two times within the past year, and both times we were blown away by the sheer friendliness of this place. At every touch point, the service was terrific. It started with my call inquiring on the cost of a suite with adjoining double room, I received top notch assistance and advice with... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience from your past two visits to Hyatt Hill Country. I was thrilled to read that you and your teens enjoyed your visits. Our Hill Country suites with adjoining guestroom makes for a wonderful vacation, enough room for gathering and visiting and enough room where everyone has their own... More
