We stayed at the Inn of the Governors for one night in april 2012. We booked a room with two queen beds for two adults and one kid. The check-in was very professional and courteous. It was my wife birthday and, as i sent this information by e-mail to the hotel, she got a special message and a little present.... More

Dear Shelter, Thank you for sharing your wife's birthday with us and for writing such a thoughtful review. The Inn of the Governors is continually striving to improve the guest experience. It is through such observations as you have written that we may do so; especially the restocking concern at breakfast and the ventilation. We have started a dialogue on... More

Fun place to stay - right in the heart of Santa Fe. Really great breakfast buffet and great eats in the hotel bar. Clean room and comfy bed. Loved the 4 o'clock sherry and snacks - nice way to meet fellow travelers. We would definitely stay there again. More

Clean room, if a little shabby. Comfortable bed. Terrific breakfast buffet and nice bar. Would stay there again. More

Atmosphere and design? like home. Taking care of the customer? in every little detail. Rooms? well..., not the best I have stayed, but all in tact, no complaints at all! But what is amazing is the service! That front desk...., ah! The best ever! The BEST. Followed up with humanity and care to details that I didn’t expect. Surely, I... More

Based on other Tripadvisor reviews I decided to book the Inn for my family of 4 for 3 nights during Easter week (part of our split 3 days in Santa Fe & 3 days in Albuquerque). Upon arrival I noticed immediately how clean the Inn was. The lobby was in nice condition and we were able to check in a... More

We had an excellent stay at the Inn of the Governors. My friend and I wanted an adventure of traveling without a car so we rode the Rail Runner from Albuquerque. The Inn was within walking distance from the rail station, (even with rolling bags), and was very close to the Plaza and museums. Our room was nicely appointed and... More

Inn of the Governors is one of the best hotels in the Plaza area of Santa Fe! The rooms are very nice, complimentary breakfast is very good and the free parking is a unique feature. The Plaza is an easy 2 block walk with wonderful shopping and restaurants in the area. The hotels location also makes getting in and out... More

I visited Santa Fe this weekend with my granddaughter, Trixie. We stayed at the Inn, which is only a short walk from the plaza in Santa Fe, and seems to have adequate parking for the number of rooms. The pool is average, but well heated. It is more a place for adults, but that didn't mitigate its charm. We were... More

It was a real pleasure to stay at the Inn of the Governors. Their friendly service, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean rooms, excellent full breakfast and very close proximity to the Square and Canyon Road make it an excellent choice for a place to stay in downtown Santa Fe. The rooms are a little cozy, but that doesn't matter if you... More

This hotel is a very nice choice if you are looking for a moderately priced hotel that is easy walking distance from the Plaza. The hotel was always clean as was my room. My room was quiet at night despite being over the parking lot. I had a fireplace in my room, which I think is a must! The hotel... More
