Location was good, we took the shuttle (Chevy Tahoe) downtown but walked back after 9 p.m. (last shuttle). Walk was reasonable, pretty safe. It would be nice if the service ran longer. The staff was nice, and helpful. The room was a little small for 4 adults. Shower pressure was on the low side. Realized in the morning the room... More

Terrific and knowledgeable staff, convenient shuttle to the Plaza, great breakfast. Rooms have refrigerators available for extra fee and are right around the corner from a Whole Foods! Only con is the view from all the rooms in the back section is the parking lot, so not very pretty, but served our purpose. Agree with another reviewer - not sure... More

This hotel is within easy walking distance of Santa Fe Plaza if you don't want to take the free shuttle bus. We found the staff very helpful, we would certainly stay here again. More

Rooms are clean, beds are "ok" not to hard or soft, pillows are flat, TV is clear sometimes, shower head was really high, everything was CLEAN and that's the important thing! Cute rooms, however the deodorant or cleaning products were SOOOOO strong, I had my window, fan and door open most the time I was in my room. It gave... More

A great value, quite possibly because they offer all the perks you need and none of the perks you don't need. Much of the staff is new (as of May 2012) and dedicated to polishing whatever rough edges they have. They were willing to work with us extensively -- purchasing child seats so we could bring our young kids into... More

Rooms were clean and quiet. Nice to get a ride to the plaza. Pool is very small and pillows are flat. No microwave or fridge in room. Nice basic hotel. Lovely breakfast room and lobby. Very friendly and helpful employees. More

We've stayed here on 3 different occasions, the first time as part of a Road Scholar (Elderhostel) program and twice with friends that we brought up from Las Cruces. Everyone was satisfied with the rooms and breakfasts for the price we paid (about $80 a night). We used the shuttle into the center of Santa Fe, shuttle service worked well... More
