Very kind owners. This motel is great for the price you pay. The place is clean and neat with a nice size tv & HBO included. Very good working air conditioner. To say it all it's worth the low price you pay. I would recomend Ferns Motel to anybody.

Having stayed here in the past, I find it to be a clean place. The rooms are nice and clean and beds are comfortable, and all rooms have free HBO, which I like and enjoyed. Rooms are inexpensive, another plus. Check it out when you are driving Rte 1.
If you want to take a ride to a flea bag motel this is the one. Beside the look of it and a lot of vacancy, it is terrible. When you walk into your room the smell of skunk hit you in the face. I saw dozens of roaches and mices. When you take a shower it stings you on...
