A very nice Hilton Garden, right off the highway next to the Basketball Hall of Fame. I stay in hotels at least 200 days a year and this room was filthy. It appeared as if it was not even cleaned prior to my arrival with something sticky covering the end table and the desk. Great location, very clean, seemed updated but it was noisy. The walls are thin and the connecting doors let in a lot of noise, as do the doors to the hallways. The gym was nice and the staff very accommodating.

This hotel booked my room to someone else and they walked into my room when I was sleeping. I asked the General Manager to get back to me with details and she never did. (not good) I tried calling the front desk for 30 mins and no one would pick up after this happen.

This hotel was perfectly situated for our trip. It has easy access to the main roads and is very close to the convention center which is why we were in Springfield. We arrived late at night but check in was easy and smooth and the rooms were clean and suited us perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The pool is good for kids, the hot tub was very relaxing. It's very easy to get to from the highway. Great place to stay. Went with family of 4 to look at local colleges. Very clean, comfortable. Breakfast was very good and staff was great. Had problem with air conditioning, but resolved within minutes. Maintenence said that the following week all units were being upgraded. Easy to get to, just off 95.
