I made a reservation to stay here after being in the road for some time and intended to stay while I traveled and sought an apt in Murfreesboro. I expressly asked for a smoking room, which I was told wasnt a problem. I was given a generic "unassigned" reservation and when I got here,...... Only a non smoking room was... More

Mr. Carroll was disappointed in the level of service at Value Place. As an extended stay hotel, we are more a hybrid hotel/apartment than a standard hotel. Many features and services considered ‘normal’ for an American hotel are either not available or available at an extra charge. The majority of his complaint is his misunderstanding of how Value Place operates.... More

My husband and I have stayed in more than a dozen extended stay hotels and Value Place Murfreesboro has been our favorite. The staff is wonderful. We recommend staying here at Value Place. Cindy & Kevin Voelz More

“Great Value and Comfortable Accomodations”

This hotel is only a few years old, so almost everything is like brand new. If you look up the place up on Google Maps street view, you still see the original construction happening. Secure card entry system makes for a very safe environment. Great room layout makes for quiet room. I don't smoke, so having separate floors for smoking... More

I really appreciate the professional service that I received, anything I needed from the front desk, they were more than happy to assist. The room were spacious, clean, smelt very nice, excellent storage space under the bed(great idea), large Kitchen and bathroom nice tile on both floors, hallways always clean and smelt clean.
