I would highly recommend the Hyatt in Buffalo. I stayed there for a conference and all the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and took care of any needs quickly. Fast efficient check in and out, rooms clean and comfortable beds. The meeting rooms were very cold, only problem with my stay. Keep up the good work.

I have stayed here numerous times for a weekend trip and never dissapointed. This hotel is great for a couple looking to escape and unwind for their shopping weekend! Very impressed with the hotel staff. Incredibly attentive. The condition of the hotel was very good. I only wished I had more time to enjoy the hotel. The dining choices are very good on site and there are a number of very good restaurants within walking distance. The Atrium is a very relaxing area and the service was exceptional.
