Thank you for your comments. In April of this year we finished renovations to the Newport side of the hotel. In the past several years we have had major renovations to the entire hotel. We continually try to keep up with the necessary repairs and updates. It is a constant challenge.

Small guest room is an understatement. Toilet/tub in one tiny room. Sink/closet in another. Space is so tight that 2 people cannot get dressed at same time.
