Have stayed at this hotel twice, each time in a family group. It is a well appointed, well located solid Marriott, with a lot of positive points. It is not cheap and can get very busy but the rooms are well appointed and the staff are great. Stay here and you are right in the middle of everything, as long... More

This is pretty much your standard hotel but it was really nice. The hotel complex has 2 pools, a couple restaurants and stores, plus it's close to many others and the beach! The room was a really nice size and the beds were comfortable. It was clean and had a nice little balcony. More

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. We were on the 26th floor with an ocean view. The room was a decent size and beds were very comfortable. Even on the 26th floor you can still hear some traffic. The walls were pretty well insulated so I did not hear people from the other rooms. Our only... More

The room was nice ("ocean view") but it was not ocean front. Because it was facing east it was a bit noisy from the traffic. Room was nicely appointed but not really luxury. The shops in the hotel were nice and the choice of places to eat was more than adequate on a beach trip. Parking was adequate but not... More

THANK YOU Marriott for always being on top of it all. Your warm welcome, smiles and comfort are always above the rest. My only complaint was that I requested a higher floor and was only given aroom on the 5th floor but it did have a wonderful partial view of the beach and the amazing sunset on Waikiki beach. I... I have written prior reviews as a Marriott Gold member, so this is my first one as a Silver. The check-in experience was very good. There is a bit of a wait but not too bad. The people at the desk are definitely better than the last few years I've been going to the hotel. The rooms are in better... More

We stayed 2 nights at the this hotel on the way to Big Island last month, then 2 more nights on the back. The hotel is located right by Waikiki beach area (not right on the beach). Pretty much everything you need is walking distance. The beach is 2 mins walk (right across the street) and loads of restaurants, shops... More

Sint know what the bad reviews were about. We found it very clean, staff was friendly. The bar on the 3rd level was fantastic for a nightcap. We were upgraded to a better room, from city view to partial water views. We could see Diamond head from 1 window and the ocean from the other, not that we were in... More

This is just a gorgeous place to stay. The resort is not as close to the water as the photos make it appear. You'll have to walk about a block to get to the beach. You won't care, though, because you'll still get great ocean views out your balcony window, and this resort is so very special. Gorgeous rooms, breathtaking... More

Used Marriott points for 7 day vacation, having a great time. 2 double beds were a bit small for me and my daughter but a small price to pay for paradise. Everyone was helpful w/o over bearing lots of stores inside and in walking Distance. Homeless people on sidewalk thru out Hawaii but not marriotts fault , we upgraded rm... More
