We paid more for the view and it was well worth it. The room was clean, big enough and looked right out on to Waikiki beach. I stayed here just yesterday for two nights. I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade from a very helpful Andrew Graham. However that helpfulness stopped as soon as we arrived. The staff was unfriendly and condescending at check-in. You have to check out beach towels because you are not trusted to return them otherwise every time you want one.... More
