This is a very nice “condel” that I used credit card points to book for 2 nights. We were upgraded to a king suite on floor 14. It is like an apartment. Just lovely. It was on the corner of the building, so there were windows in the living room and a balcony in the bedroom. The breeze blew through the apartment so nice. There was AC in the bedroom that we didn’t use. Bed and pillows were just ok. Not luxury, but good enough. The living room could use a few more couches or chairs for comfort. Seemed a little sparsely furnished. Very clean and well maintained. The 6th floor pool, spa, sauna, weight room, laundry, bbq’s and store were very nice and convenient. Don’t bother borrowing beach chairs; they did not recline at all. Just provided a back to lean against. Everything is close enough to walk to; including the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. You have to pay extra for parking, but it is secure in the building. I definitely recommend and would go back.

Overall a great stay! Stayed with my family for the Chinese New Year celebrations at Chinatown. Our room was great and the person who checked us in was really nice. My only negative was a very nasty and rude security guard for the building.

We love the large lanai and the pool area is great. The laundry facilities are convenient as well as the little store on the sixth floor. The rooms need some maintenance and a deep cleaning. The beds and pillows could use an upgrade.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. First I will mention I have a travel club. They have been working with me since this started to help aide in at least getting a partial refund. After more than 50 days later it was denied. The reason the hotel denied it was because they are adhering to their ZERO refund policy. Why did I ask for a refund..... see the bullets below ●cockroaches ●between the 2 rooms we had( we moved on the second day due to roaches) our room was cleaned 1x in 10 days we were there ● construction that took place m-f that started as early as 745am ●out of all the amenities we only had access to the pool which was COLD) ●Lack of notification of any of the above ●the money we are out for having to throw most items taken on vacation with us due to the bug problem ● 750 in exterminator fees this far to ensure what we did keep from our vacation did not infest our bug free home ●no running water between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. Again no up front notification. Now I will state they did , prior to us departing return the 300$ resort fee. Which was understandable considering we couldn't use the sauna, the grilling area, the hot tub, the picnic area all because it was under construction. It's ridiculous that even after showing them videos, and pictures they refused to even refund half of what we paid considering I'm out over 1k in clothes and shoes along with toiletries and gifts because of having to throw things away. The room we had was a kitchenette. Yet no dish washing supplies were available, no broom, no mop, no cleaning supplies. We were forced to have to go buy these things upon coming to that realization. Stay far away from this place. It's not even worth it even if it were free to stay. This building has full time residents along with air bnb and hotel guests so unless you actually read the notices posted on certain floors you wouldn't have known that they were even aware of any of these issues. They don't tell you on their website nor inform you upon check in.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at on the island of Oahu! It’s affordable, has amazing people working there, a restaurant right downstairs in the lobby area, and even a little convenience store within the lobby (filled with affordable items as well)! I’m definitely going to be visiting again in the near future !

I had to move rooms because of cockroach infestation. No housekeeping service.we stayed 8 days and housekeeping only came by once. If we wanted towels or trash taken out we had to do it. Only way to get towels was to take dirty ones down to lobby and ask for new ones. Rooms were in horrible condition completely falling apart. Beds were horrible I would 100% not recommend this place for anyone to ever stay.

Booked the Island Colony because as a senior with mobility problems, I can no longer walk in beach sand. The Colony had a pool area where I was planning to tan in for a few hours each day and use the pool. I stayed from Nov 4 to Nov 20 and the pool was closed during that time. I came back without a tan. Maid service was every three days, bed made, coffee ;eft but no creamer or sweeteners. Lanai was too small to sit out on plus it was very windy during the stay.

This is the first time staying here since Covid, but things have changed a lot. The amenity fees are fine, but the only real amenities were the towels and safe. No maid service at all, at least not that we were aware of. They should include information like having to pay to use the fitness center and if the pool is out of service while you are making reservations. I'm not sure if they lack improvements because this is a condo hotel, but even the air conditioner seemed excessively noisy I think this is a 2-1/2 rating for this stay.
