The hotel has been recently updated, and I found the entire staff to be very friendly. Good breakfast, including eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Pool area very nice.

I have been traveling for 32 years and I have never delt with a rude owner/manager and counter help like this place. First of all the room smelled musty. The hot breakfast was cold and the coffie was not drinkable. They charged us extra then what the web site said and when you ask them to fix it they said...

Newer-seeming property off I-75 located down hill from the interstate so no road noise. Room was very clean and two queen beds comfy. great shower. We were a mom and two kids, and I felt very safe. Desk clerk very helpful. We were located on the ground floor near the Montgomery end of the building and in the morning, I...

This place was horrible. It smelled badly of mold. I don't know if it was the heating unit or just the building that smelled. Also on the motel's website it says that rooms have frigs and microwaves. Ours did not have. If you have to request one it should say somewhere on the site. It was New Year's Eve and...

I work for Carlson Hotels as a manager and this hotel didn't exactly pass for my standards within our own brand, but still, all we needed was a cheap hotel room for one night for a trip to King's Island with friends. Location was perfect and close to the park, close to the other nice neighborhoods of Cincy. Beds were...

Loved Country Inn and this one has all the atmosphere and accoutrements- we scheduled to stay 8 days- left after 2- internet kept dropping out- router over heated is in lousy place needed to keep resetting it- frustrating losing work and waiting for pages to load at Commodore 64 speed. Staff was frazzled but patient with ours and other peoples...

Unfamiliar with the area so used my AAA guide book. Not up to 3 stars. Room needed update . Shower was poor and from the looks of it, not even sure it would work. Coffee for breakfast had to come from your room as machine was broke. Pool needed cleaning. Good point=Nice helpful lady working desk at night.

Typical for Country Inn & Suites, this one has a nice breakfast, clean rooms, and polite staff. However, a freight train runs half a block away all through the night (we counted 8 during normal sleeping hours - we didn't sleep much) and blasts the horn as it goes through the intersection behind the hotel. I would recommend getting a...

We spent Christmas Eve and Day at the Country Inn & Suites, and we were among the few guests there. While the hotel was fairly clean and the staff was nice, I was so disappointed with a few things that I felt should have been better taken care of considering the price of the motel. The pool is clean and...

My problems with this Country Inn & Suites were these: 1) their wireless internet was so unbelievably slow that it was unuseable, 2) shower was just not enough pressure for a person to wash their hair, 3) showerhead was so high that I couldn't reach it to re-direct it - I'm 5'3" so really it was unusually high, 4) the...
