Stayed here for business during the winter. As others noted, it's an old hotel which needs some upgrades to stay competitive. However, for me it was interesting to see an American hotel which still looks like the '60s-70's: the elevators, the doors, the bathroom faucets all look very "art deco", which might give it a little personality when compared to... Was in Cincinnati on business and the Westin and Hilton were both booked. Having stayed at other Millenniums including the Millennium Broadway NYC and having had good experiences, decided to try this one out. What a disappointment. The other reviews on Tripadvisor are spot on. This is an old, tired hotel that is very uncomfortable. The staff is under trained,... More

I was in town for a conference at the Duke Center so I chose this hotel. I knew it was older, but was surprised to see how badly maintained it is. The room needs a complete overhaul. The wallpaper was peeling, the trim was badly re-touched, the fixtures were old and worn. There was no vent in the bathroom. I... More

This hotel is dirty and smells. My room looks like there was some mold or something in it that did not get cleaned very well. More

I have to preface this review by mentioning that I booked through Priceline, so I paid what I would consider to be a reasonable price for my room. However, if I had paid the hotel's asking rate, I would have been very disappointed. The first room we were assigned reeked of cigarette smoke. We were told that all of the... More

I loved the location of this hotel to downtown Cincinnati, took the shuttle for $1 to Newport, Kentucky where the acquarium was, shopping, restaurants. They often have free concerts in Fountain Square a couple blocks from the hotel. Everything I saw was clean and maintained, but older decor. My biggest hurdle was the bed was so hard it was like... Older hotel... obviously not built for the digital age. There were only 2 available electric plugs in the double room - one on the desk lamp, and the other in the corner by the a/c unit (ok, not counting the one in the bathroom, but who wants to charge their laptop in the crapper?). Nothing accessible near the bed, To... More

This hotel is in a great location and is walking distance from everything in Cincy that you need to see. The decor is a throw back and the sheets & towels were dirty. More

I also used Priceline for this hotel because I wanted a quality hotel near to Great American Ballpark. I sadly paid 100 for a hotel that I should have paid less than 80. Check in was slammed and valet was nowhere to be seen. The elevators were slow making a trip to the 22nd floor annoying. The sofa cushions were... More

To start with the positive, the room was fine, recently redone, bed was comfortable. The llocation is just across the street from the convention center. A good start, but... The lobby seems a bit tacky, neglected. The sinks all ran very slow. The TV is a really bad, analog, tube TV (does anyone really have lo-def, analog TVs anymore??). It... More
