We bike around Italy. When we pulled into the hotel, the hostess was very nice and allowed us to store our bikes securely in the garage. Everyone was extremely friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, there was always someone on duty at the desk even at 1am! The reception staff spoke very good English and were extremely helpful to a couple in our party whose luggage was lost by BA and to another lady who had a fall, calling the ambulance... More
