I have stayed at Scotland Farm on several occasions, sometimes on business, sometimes on holiday. It's a lovely B&B located deep in the Hampshire countryside, about twenty minutes south of Alton, forty minutes from Winchester and just under an hour from Portsmouth. Hilary Robinson, the owner, is an excellent host with good local knowledge of where to eat and what... More

Great b&b, good walking and cycling, clean spacious rooms that open on to courtyard, very walker and biker friendly with drying facilities, includes a great walk from the farm that goes on and on if you want it to, also good food and warm welcome. Wi Fi was useful and the room even had a desk...recommended.

Very much enjoyed a two night stay in this farm B&B in beautiful countryside. Room spacious and comfortable with good facilities. Excellent breakfast using local produce, including eggs from the farm (laid same day!). Friendly and very helpful proprietor who advised us of local places for dinner. Many tourist attractions within easy reach, including Selborne (Gilbert White's House), West Dean... More

This is the third time we've stayed here. To find it means travelling down a long narrow lane (Snailing Lane) with passing places, but it is quiet and it's unusual to pass another car. The farm is behind some high wooden, automatic gates. Once you park your car (stacks of parking space - some undercover in one of the barns)... More

My wife and I were in need of a relaxing break, so for the first time we considered something different. We usually stay in hotels, but being animal lovers we thought this would fit the bill,as it is advertised as a working farm.. We really did not know what to expect, and assumed the accomodation would be comfortable but basic.... More

Delightful find! Excellent sleeping quarters and bath. Good breakfast. Liked that the parking was off the street and my car was protected. Room was ready when I arrived. B&B is handicapped accessible. I shared breakfast with a woman in a wheelchair and she and her husband are regular visitors here. Hilary who runs the place is prompt! This is a... More

Upmarket bed and breakfast on working farm. My large room was fitted and finished to the very highest standard with a luxury en-suite bathroom. They have a very nice residents lounge although I didn't use it, preferring the excellent village pub a short drive away. The view across the valley from this hillside farm is beautiful. Full cooked breakfast is... More

To stay at Scotland Farm should be every town's person priority, the country side, the views, the hospitality are all wonderful, from the welcome afternoon tea or drink sitting in the lovely gardens, the very modern and very clean rooms that all have stunning views, the chance to pick up your own freshly laid eggs for breakfast and pat horses...
