Reception: The experience with receptionist at check in was terrible. The lady at reception was not friendly nor willing to help at all and with bad attitude. Rooms: quite normal, not big not small. They didn't have all towels at the time of check in even when it was during low season. Only a few TV channels. Food: main course... More

My wife and I visited the resort in February 2013, and spent four days. The service and food was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this resort for a short vacation on Margarita Island, Venezuela.
