I called Crater Valley two days ago to book two rooms. They said they would get back to me "pronto" with a confirmation. It's two days later and I've heard nothing. I've just called again and they said the same exact thing. Bottom line, this is a sleepy, indifferent place with no concept of customer service. Zero stars.
