thsi establishment is mainly visited by Scandinavian people, a few eastern Europeans as well. Very friendly staff. Located next to the beach it offers spacious and modern rooms at a very good price. Just got back from a week at the Platanias Mare and it was a lovely place to stay. The hotel is right on the beach with just a small walk to the town centre where there were numerous restaurants. We stayed here end of August 2011 and were very pleased! The hotel is close to the beach and centre of Platanias but still there were no noise at night, we slept very well! My holyday in this hotel was great. Everything was excellent. The staff was very nice and pleasant, keeping the home filling. The hotel is very clean. The food was excellent especially the dinner. I hope to come to the same place again.
