It was so farcical it became a joke. In the end, we just laughed off the poor quality of the rooms, the food and general upkeep of this hotel. The staff were friendly the rooms were clean. The animation team were great night or day. As a vegetarian there was still always something to choose from at meal times. We loved splash world. Would definitely stay here again
