This hotel has some good features, principally its location, but clearly shows a lack of care by the owners. Breakfast was the worst we had in 2 weeks in Italy. The common areas were poorly furnished and uncomfortable. Service was indifferent to surly. Too Bad.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Location was unbelievable. Situated on the top of a small village called conca dei Marini, which is between amalfi and positano, it offers a secluded beach that will take your breath away. The hotel is placed between Amalfi and Praiano, outside the town of Conca dei Marini. The road joining these towns, the Costiera Amalfitana, is extremely narrow and full of dangerous curves. We stayed for a week at this hotel in May.2012, View is excellent ,location is good (but you need a car to drive around ), breakfast was simple, room was clean and in good size,rate was reasonable,,we enjoyed our stay and will go back again!

This hotel was definitely the right choice: an amazing view over the sea, quiet, very helpful and friendly staff and comfortable room. The hotel is clean but the decor is very dated and the view spoiled by the pile up of rubble and rubbish underneath. If you are a fan of the 80's, paper thin doors and walls, magnolia paint, then this is for you.
