We stayed 1 night at this place and although the room was nice the man of the house was not at all welcoming and I can only describe him as miserable. This was very off putting as we were not made to feel welcome and couldn't wait to leave the next day. I would not recommend or stay there again.

Great location from which to explore the region. The Park House has easy access to good loch fishing with boatsd for hire.Excellent large clean rooms with good views. Hearty breakfasts. Most welcoming proprietors in Margaret and David who made my German friend and I feel very much welcome.

Lovely room, lovely view. Not very welcoming owner, we felt we were a nuisance. Inflexible on breakfast times, average food.

Stayed at Park House in the small traquil village of Lairg. What a beautiful place. Peacefull calm and you could even watch the georgous sunset from the luxury of the living room or bedroom. This is a victorian style house ran by the Walker family. They offer the best full scottish breakfast i have ever had, even tried the kippers... More
