We were back at baia do sol after half a dozen trips earlier.. The place is same as usual, quiet and subtle, even with a multitude of activities surrounding the property. I have never had such a great and humbling service here than any other resort or hotel ever. “Comfortable stay, service needs to improve”

The property is lovely with clean rooms. Ideally located near the beach, river, shopping street, bus stop nd night market. Service in all departments needs to improve drastically. Staff has to be more hospitable,proactive and prompt when attending to guests. Breakfast offered was of low quality.
