My wife son and I spent three nights here using Mazan as our base to explore the countryside and surrounding towns. The hotel is in a quiet location facing a large church and far enough above the main road to avoid the noise and bustle of car traffic. The rooms are nicely decorated and pleasantly appointed. Very agreeable and we... More

Stayed for two nights to tour CdeR region for my favourite wines. Hotel is in the old part of Mazan and within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. Use your sat-nav to find it and believe the instructions! I used the chinese and the pizza place down the hill - both good. Hotel recently refurbished and rooms individually decorated.... More

Visitors from Australia. The hotel is an impeccably well-run establishment. It is unpretentious but charming and, though situated centrally in Mazan, offers the peace and serenity of a bygone age. Mazan itself is an authentic provencal village so much the better for being off the beaten tourist track. Mme. is gracious and friendly, always keen to help and to keep... More

WE turned up to this hotel desperate one night with no where to stay after a long drive. Although I rang the door bell two hours after reception officially closed, Isabelle answered the door and gave us a room despite the inconvenience. The room was gorgeous. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Definitely good value for a hotel of this calibre... More

This hotel was advertised as being peaceful and tranquil, it was anything but the church clock strikes every hour on the hour and then just for good measure every half an hour, This is not quaint as previously described if you want to sleep, The other french guests sat outside the front windows shouting and talking all night and the... We received a warm welcome from the lady owner of this small, charming hotel, which is well situated just off the central square of the town (parking is easy on the quiet roads nearby). The hotel and bedrooms have loads of character. The rooms have been tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The only downside being the tiny bathrooms which are probably... More

I loved it - was here for a quick cycling tour of the area and found this place randomly. The town is a really nice, small French town. The proprietors are friendly and helpful and both speak English well. There's a nice patio outside and good continental breakfast. A great place if you're on a budget, or maybe even if... More

Outstanding reception and service at this small century old hotel proudly maintained and lived in by the owners. Great location for touring Provence. Room very comfortable, and we enjoyed the distinctive wind from nearby mountain and beautiful church bells. Breakfast is extra in their charming dining room. Can easily walk to town. Great value.
