Now my girlfriend and I have travelled extensively and stayed at some of the best resorts in the Indian Ocean, Bali, Puerto Banus, Cote D'Azur, Morocco, Dubai, and I've got to say this is amongst the 10 most beautiful resorts we stayed in. Although the luxury of the suite (We stayed in these amazing "Love Story" Villas with our own... More

My husband, two children and I spent our summer vacations in this resort: we stayed in a Crystal Suite, these suites are very modern, wooden floors, white duvets, and very practical for a family: a door separates the sitting room/kid’s room from the bedroom, each room in the suite has its own TV screen and bathrooms, and exit to the... "I stayed with my partner in this hotel, for one week last September, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, thus we plan to return for another week later in the year. The location full of natural beauty , the accommodation excellent, the staff very friendly and the service second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend this... More

The hotel itself inspires a mixed impression. On the one hand it tries to be a five star lounge: people try to be pleasant and helpful, show a good training and really want to make your stay comfortable. On the other hand, it’s difficult to understand how some of them could spoil the food in the restaurants in such a... More

The rooms are clean and nice. However, the place has a weird vibe. I can't put my finger on it. The staff is not that nice. The food is ok. It's not like any resort you would think of in the US. My husband and I were looking forward to a good workout. Unfortunately, you pay extra for that and... More

We stayed at Capsis Out of the Blue - Eternal Oasis neighborhood for 5 nights – a couple and a 4 year old. The hotel itself is very nice, however the Eternal Oasis rooms are small and uncomfortable and do not meet 5 star deluxe standard. For example – the shower is very small and not enough room for all... More

Set on it's own peninsular this resort has the potential of being very special. When we arrived in early May we were amongst the first visitors of the season...and were made very welcome with a room upgrade, but it looked as if the resort was being awakened from a very long slumber in places. The grounds were only just undergoing... More

Good: Great pool with poolside cabanas Bad: Pool wasn't cleaned all week, and the cabanas were all gone before breakfast Good: Great room - after the free upgrade Bad: Door lock broke; Jacuzzi bath full of stale dirty brown water Bad: very few open bars or restaurants, due to ludicrously high prices Bad: paltry zoo which I'm sure breaks animal... I have stayed in this hotel twice and I was very satisfied both of them. The hotel is in a private peninsula, with the blue sea all around. I stayed at the "Ruby Red" building that is an adults only hotel and maybe the less luxury than the other 4 hotels of the complex. The service was great. The room... More

first impression is absolutely favorable. the hotel shows an impressive surrounding (pools, chosen materials etc.). however this was more than offset by extremely poor service in the resaurant and charging highest prices! overall a big disappointment More
