This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Food is horrible: generic, poorly cooked, testeless, every day the same. I would not give it to my dog. The dinning room is in the basement and it looks like a high school cafeteria. The rooms are equaliy horrifying. The orange walls and bed spreads still give me nightmares. Beds... More

Hotel `was in excellent condition and spotless. The rooms were a decent size, very comfortable and well equipped. We were the first guests on the new all inclusive tariff and couldn't fault the food or drink. The bar staff were particularly helpful and friendly and we watched them deal with some quite awkward costomers fairly and politely. We went at... More

We stayed the last two weeks of August at the hotel. High season, but everything went calm and smooth. We had always the feeling that we were staying in a cosy family hotel. Very friendly and caring personnel. My children loved the buffet, the separate children swimming pool, the little tourist train and escpecially the kid's club. My partner and... More

I had a great time here. For a 3star hotel the rooms were great! we especially enjoyed the food, which was brilliant and always bussling with different people from all over. yet we still had a really relaxing and quiet time there. We were never hungry and tried all of the different foods that would satisfy anyone. The location is... More

All the rooms are beautifully furnished with fantastic sea views. The friendly but professional staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is incredible and the wine list is excellent. Excellent walking trails lead you to the small town of Santa Susanna. The pool was excellent and is a fantastic place to enjoy a... More

My experience with this hotel was quite terrible. From what I have read here, I am not the only one. I agree with the people saying that the receptionists were quite rude and there is a risk they would lose your passport at the reception. According to guidelines, I am going to share my experience, making an incredible effort to... More

Location: across the railway line from the public beach, approx. 200 meters from the sea. Goog location in terms of accessibility of bars and shops and the railway station, where you can border a train to Barcelona (1 h. 20 min. ride) Accommodation: quite basic, however bathrooms feature a tub and bidet. Rooms are airconditioned by means of an individually... More

We were booked in at another Hotel in Malgrat, and were informed a week before departure that it was no longer available. Due to low guest numbers, it would be closing early for the winter. Hotel Mercury looks impressive from the prom. Its position across the road from the train station makes it an ideal base for travelling around the... More

I was a bit worried when our prefered hotel closed and we were transfered here. There were only 4 british staying at this hotel. rather than this being a bad thing, I was quite glad to get away from the drunken lautish brits. Hotel is perfectly situated to get the train to Barcelona. So perfect to use as a base... More
