Got a studio unit with full cooking facilities. Greeted by very friendly "motel sitters', and made feel welcome. Excellent location close to hot pools. We stayed here as it was the only available room in all of Hanmer during the busy New Year period. Room was fine. Walls were thin though and we could hear the people next door snoring really loudly in the night. Reception has towels to take to the pools which is nice.

My partner and I had two nights here. Would not recommend staying here if you want a relaxing stay. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows shocking. No air conditioning and the room smelt awful. Was surposed to have five tv channels however only two available. Very disapointed with stay have left feeling tired with sore back and neck.

Hosts couldn't do enough to make your stay smooth & comfortable. Great value for money. Close to the hanmer springs (free towels & mats to take with you) and i-site. Fresh milk on arrival, and free dvds to watch for a cozy night in. Lovely!
