Stayed for two nights in this hotel whilst on a pilgrimage from South Africa.
All the basic necessities were there but it was not really up to scratch.
The property itself needed to be spruced up and more attention to details is required.
However the staff were very friendly and helpful even though they could not speak english.

Stayed at this hotel for three days, it was very simple but clean, included underground parking and the staff were very helpful. We had an emergency and needed to find a dentist asap, and as we spoke no Italian the staff found us a dentist in town, explained the situation, booked us in and one of the staff came with...

Although the hotel is new, when we checked in one of our rooms was not ready i.e. dirty towels, glass left in room and bed not made. Also be prepared the service at the restaurant was hurried and the waiters were rude. For example we were asked to leave the restaurant, yes even in italy we were asked to leave...
