5 star hotel with no hot water for four days..... Told reception four times, a lot of apologies but little action. Staff excellent, nothing to much trouble. The hotel has everything you need and the rooms are lovely! The piano bar was so much fun as busy and music playing, but not to loud! The shuttle buses are there to take you to all the restaurants when needed as the place is huge.... Go to mulligans and do karaoke good fun.... More
