Just back from a week in Newtonmore. Fantastic accommodation with 5 bedrooms, (3 en-suite) a large kitchen/dining room and well equipped laundry room. Great safe garage for our bikes, which came in very handy as there was no snow for skiing. Lovely wood burning stove in the living room although we only lit it the first night and then realized... Beautiful guest house. We were given a warm welcome by Geoff and given tea/coffee and his gorgeous homemade bluberry muffins! Room was lovely too. Breakfast was great and included Geoffs homemade bread. Would definately recommend staying here. More

Spotless modern comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and most of all a very very warm welcome and helpful and accommodating hosts. Nothing to fault. Hosts will also cook dinner on request, but the local pub has a long menu of decent grub too, and very good beer. More

We spent about 5 nights at this friendly b and b. What most impresssed me was the trouble that Geoff and Ali went to in accomodating my sugar/fat free diet - even ordering a special cook book. The meals were all delicious and healthy plus filling. Everywhere was v clean and I loved the log fire in the comfy lounge. The... More

The 2 dads were taking part in the Aviemore half marathon, as were the owners, and other guests. Very kid friendly. beautiful accomodation wih a high standard of decor. The night before we all ate together, which... More

Creag Meagaidh is a remarkable find. We stayed there for five days and were very happy guests indeed. Firstly, the hosts, Geoff and Ali make you feel very welcome, greeting you with a warm drink and delicious home-made buns. Unlike other places where there is a sharp division between public and private area, you get the feeling you are staying... More

Had bookd in for 1 night and when we eventually found it after a driving up and down Main Street a couple of times found a very welcoming reception. Just a couple of minor things, the room we was in was lovely but a TV in the rooms would be most welcome. The other thing was we did not realise... More

This B&B is totally modern, clean and the owners are very friendly and helpful. I suggest talking to them extensively and letting them know what you would like to see and do during your stay and they will provide you with a wealth of information to keep you busy. The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to do if you... More
