The room we were in No 23 was basic and would have been nice to have had two bedside cabinets, needed updating really but on saying that, it is our only criticism of this hotel. It is spotless. Nice hotel set in its own grounds. Old lodge with a modern extension. Rooms were clean tho mine was dated as I was in the old part. Has nice dining room for individual guests but as we were a coach party we ate in the function room. Nice cosy bar with a good range of drinks.
