We have just returned from Coig Na Shee. What a beautiful place. We received a warm welcome from the owners. Our room (Beeches) was very luxurious, spotlessly clean and had a lovely view. Great breakfast (kippers, full scottish, cereals, croissants, fruit, cereal, etc). Very spacious public areas, wood burning stove. We can't wait to go back. More

The house is spacious and immaculately clean and tidy. There's a welcoming wood burner alight in the hall. There are alcoves on the wide staircase when you can settle down with a book from their library. It's a short distance to visit the stunning Highland Wildlife Park in Kincraig. This was our second visit to Coig Na Shee. We had wanted a quiet and relaxing weekend and we got exactly that here. The Firs is an excellent size room with a great big bathroom. A very comfortable guest house in Newtonmore, very impressive building a short walk from the high street. Very quiet, big rooms, excellent breakfasts, warm welcome. Handy for the Wildcat trail around the village. Recommended! More
