Hotel is strategically located near the FangTa Street and YinXiangCheng Mall. Hotel is a lil run-down, apart from the location, there was really nothing to shout about. First was given a double-bed room at 20th floor of which there was mold at the corner of the wall and bathroom was ridiculously small. Asked for a change and got a much better room at 13th floor. Breakfast selection was decent but nothing was great. The restaurant is located at level 28 which comes with great view of the city. It was usually not crowded during breakfast hour. Seemed like there was no centralised lift system and waiting for one can be a pain at times.

The hotel room was clean. Service was good as well. However, corridor lights are dim, lifts are full with smell of cigarettes, and a lot of "loan shark" kind of people. Breakfast was normal, not much variety. Basically I think the crowd of the hotel was a bit dodgy. Hopefully the hotel's environment and air can be fresher cause lobby's smell is awful due to smokes.

Our room had a great view of the mountain lit up at night, and was super quiet even though it was facing the main street. The location is great, near the main street, walking street, mountain, and nightclubs, and lots of restaurants. I really don't have anything bad to say, except that it was a bit expensive and so I ended up moving to one across the street. I missed the beds here though, and will be back if I get a good deal. I've only stayed here once, but have visited many times for the buffet. Friends of mine lived here for extended periods on company business, and no one had a complaint. It would be my first choice, except for the cost.

There is no way I will stay in this hotel again! If you are fully fluent in Chinese there is no way to communicate. The 28th floor restaurant that suppose to be a city landmark smells terrible, does not serve drinks but by full bottle and nobody can understand you. The carpet is dirty and the bathtub stained. Stay away!

Big room, Good shower. Free Internet Access, walking distance to the shopping streets and eateries. Good breakfast on the 28th floor revolving restaurant. Staff is responsive. Bad points: Bedding too hard, can feel the bed spring. it's time to change the bed. Breakfast during weekends at the restaurant usually crowded. They didn't refill the food prompt enough. Have to wait.

The hotel is located in front of the pedestrian principal road in the center of Changshu, the impact look is strong, but when you see it in detail you can find some quality problems in cleaning, maintenance and approximatively english spoken in the reception. In any case if your trip is not longer than 15 days, you can choose this hotel, principally for the location.

A high-rise business hotel whose unique feature is its oval shape. In our room, which was on a higher floor, a large curved window made up most of the far wall, creating a well lighted room with a window ledge large enough for two people to sit comfortably on. There was a desk and armchair, and internet access worked well. The bathroom was clean and well appointed, with a modern shower stall but no bathtub. The hotel itself is not especially charming or luxurious, but it was nice enough, and better than most at this price range and class. Service was professional and accommodating; staff at the front desk spoke passable English. Breakfast was so-so: a good selection of above average food but served in a large uninspiring interior ballroom with no windows and an array of about 50 round tables. The location is across a busy street from one end of the pedestrian zone, whose other end is less than a mile away near the Yu mountain park. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a large grocery store is a block away. Taxis are outside the door. The guests we saw when we were there seemed to be exclusively Chinese businessmen and tourist families.
