We only stayed here one night but the room was very nice- very basic but big and clean. They need to put aa small table and chairs in the room but other than that, it was perfect. The restaurant that is attached is great. Authentic Costa Rican food. it's a little removed from town so I'm not sure I would... More

That's all I could say when we arrived at this hotel, very modern super clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with arranging excursions. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the service was friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel. Is only a short walk to town and a $3.00 taxi ride back.

Beautiful cozy place! from the moment you arrive you start feeling the warm personality of the hotel staff, they are always ready to help and make your stay a most confortable one. There is live music in the dinning room, the stage is located in a corner and may be a little too tight but yet it is a great... More

I traveled here with a group of students and the staff was super nice. They made a special soup for two of my students who weren't feeling well. The rooms are decent for Monteverde. There is nice tile floor and the beds are comfortable.

We had a lovely welcome in arrival and a welcome drink. Our room was okay , clean which is the most important thing -but the walls were paper thin and it felt like the people in the next room were actually in the same room. The lodge lacked atmosphere - there was a restaurant - we had a meal there... More

The staff at the lodge were very friendly and welcoming, greeting us with a fresh fruit drink upon check-in. The welcome area is updated and comfortable and the staff were helpful in assisting us with tours and a massage with their sister hotel, Poco Poco. The rooms are basic and felt like I was at camp. The worst part was... More

A nice enough hotel with a decent restaurant. The rooms are just OK but the big problem is super thin walls. You can pretty much hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. The worst part is it's very windy and misty up in the Cloud Forrest of Monteverde. Do sleeping at night is like being inside a wind tunnel.... More

I go to Monteverde often and I did like this place. The rooms where clean and the place overall was very good. The restaurant I liked very much, although they did not have many different dish options. The service was good on the restaurant, but not on every shift of the reception, probably there was someone that was not on... More

Stayed here for a few days during a tour of Costa Rica and found the place quite average overall. The rooms were adequate however the walls are wafer thin and we could here everything going off in the rooms on either side of us particularly the lady throwing up for the best part of the night and following day and... We liked this place in spite of the relentless rain during our stay! The restaurant was good and the room we had was basic but clean and comfortable. A good place for a group of people to stay and a base for the Selvatura zip wire!!
