We have spend our holidays there from 4 years.We have 3 kids and every time we go there they are so happy.The Spa and the pool is brilliant , clean and very warm.The service is excellent.People are very kind .The food is very tasty and very different.We recommend this hotel to every one ,who want to spend nice vacation.

I spent a nice weekend with my family at hotel Olymp. It has two wonderful swimming pools ( one indoor and the other outdoor). We stayed at the Park Hotel Olymp for 4 nights early April. On arriving we were given a choice of room, both of the offered rooms were very good, on the 4th floor, we took the larger room. First of all, I'd like to mention that this was the first hotel with more than 3 stars that I've visited. That is to say that I didn't have a high benchmark to compare it with. I would recommend the spa center there. Swimming pool with radon mineral water overlooking nearby hills. After getting a massage I was as good as new. They use world class cosmetic products. Best place for spa in Velingrad.

park hotel velingrad is rated 4 stars. i don't see how - the rooms, the service, the breakfast and the facilitys don't worth it. because of that we moved to the hotel beside - grand hotel velingrad, which is also 4 stars, but worth it (see my review). and the price is the same (10-15$ more per night).
