Stayed at this hotel for 1 night in August 2011. When we arrived around 6pm, the staff were madly rushing about serving guests in the restaurant - we didn't initially have trouble checking in as someone quickly noticed our luggage but afterwards it was quite difficult to get assistance as the desk remained mostly unattended despite ringing the bell.
