Food was superb. Quality is outstanding.
Staff were very friendly and always had a smile.
Hotel was deep in the hills of Sicily - so if you like very out of the way places with no commercial or touristy bits.... this is the place for you.
Room was cleaned every day and we had new clean towels every day also......
