“Overprices food, bad service, unfriendly chef”

The restaurant is too overpriced, the cuisine is average, the service is simply atrocious: the waiter didn´t seat us, didn´t offer us drinks, left us waiting for over half an hour for a menu. When we complained to the owner he was extremely unfriendly, arrogant and pompous. The atmosphere was very unprofessional. I wouldn´t recommend this hotel to anyone. More

Hotel was OK. Staff was friendly (I was able to change our reservation on a very short notice), but the waiters had to work the reception at the same time. This hotel was a real disappointment. Not cheap but without service. The room didn't have sufficient bath towels, there were no drinking classes. The very stressed waiters from the restaurant were supposed to be at reception. It smelled of food in our room.... And the "gourmet restaurant". Totally over rated. Standard buffet food without taste. Find another hotel. More
