This is one weirdly outfitted hotel. They are in the middle of a renovation. The old bits seem to be on an Alice in Wonderland theme with giant multi-coloured upholstered chairs and ornate gilt tables. When reporting a serious problem with the heating (I had to wear jumper and jacket in the room!) personnel did not respond in a user-friendly and profissional way. They ridiculed me in front of other guests. Unacceptable for a hotel that carries four stars. More

We visited this hotel during a convention in a nearby hall. We stayed in a deluxe room which was roomier than a standard 2 persons room (a must if you're traveling with children). It also had a nicer bathroom (seperate shower + bathtub) and a little mini fridge which was empty, but handy to put your own drinks etc. in.... More
