If you're feeling slightly blue, stay out of this hotel as you will leave positively suicidal. I checked in and was given a room with poo stains in the toilet, the entire room was sticky, and nothing worked properly. The staff are from another planet where the concept of guest services or hospitality are a foreign concept. My fellow guests...

Stayed here recently on business as i have done previously, the rooms depending on location in the hotel can look tired or very modern. In both cases are the rooms comfortable and clean, the two essential points to any hotel stay. The bathroom was similarly well sized and fully equipped.
Breakfast was the only slight let down, when i arrived...

Staff neglected to charge the credit card I provided upon check-in and check-out, though they assured me payment was secured. Weeks later the sales dept threatened legal action for "non-payment". On top of the archaic understanding of hospitality, service and technology, they overcharged me for the number of room nights I actually stayed, and would not even acknowledge the numerous...

Stayed here three days for a business workshop. All-in-all the stay was ok, but it is the attention to detail and service with follow-through that would make the stay more enjoyable and productive for a business setting. We would make simple, reasonable requests to the front desk but they often times were never completed.
As everyone before me has said,...

Good breakfast, reasonably clean room, eventually. First room given was a smoking room - cost additional to change to another room.
Made a local phone call from room. 2 minutues and it cost Euro 5.24!!!!!!!!!!!
When I complained I was told this was "in the terms and conditions". I couldn't find it, nor could they. But the charge stood.

We stayed one night for €110 including breakfast. The hotel's Reception area was being upgraded and the staff we spoke with all appeared rather strained. Perhaps they had just dealt with a coach load or were fed up with the noise? We found our standard room in the annex across the road. One tip - use the lift in the...
