Spa is good. Water is free in spa which is normal if your service philosophy has good capabilities. in year-end celebrations loudness was high and no dinner service. But you can eat at another locations in downcenter. Oveall good More

We have stayed in Urfa Dedeman on our recent trip and satisfied very much with the quality of their rooms and service. The five star hotel is located in a more residential part of Urfa so it is not a short walking distance from main attraction , you may walk but driving or cab saves time. I did not use... More
