Excellent rooms and staff very helpful only issue was we had to pay and extra £5 to park our vehicles there overnight thought that was strange as we were residents , the bar prices were good for the area and the food in the restaurant of a good standard

We booked this hotel in conjunction with parking, Excellent, spotless, and only a 2 minute walk to the terminal. The staff are friendly and professional, you even get a warm cookie on check in !!!. The spacious rooms are very modern and comfortable. Would certainly recommend to others.

This hotel is a great location if you are travelling from Newcastle airport. and are not looking for a long stay. The room is modern but cramped for 2 people. This was probably the nicest airport hotel I have stayed in. The staff attentive, location fantastic (a 2 minute stroll to the terminal building) & the rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the hotel to everyone.
