Cannot comment upon the accommodation - but have had a number of meals in adjacent Wheatsheaf Hotel - currently branded "Faire and square" offering 2 meals for £10 or with a suppliment for some choices. we have stayed here before and again enjoyed our stay, unfortunately we had disabled room on ground floor and think we had an elephant in room upstairs as being an older building sound proofing not as good as new buildings. We are staying here again in august but have asked for an upstairs room More

“Good example of a premier inn”

Clean, spacious, very quiet to say its close to the airport. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again, but wouldn't et at the adjoining pub again. Quite disgusting food, staff harassed and served dirty cutlery - bleurgh!! But premier inn was fab More

“Great Airport Hotel”

Great location if you need to travel from Newcastle airport as it's 2 minutes down the road by car or Callerton Metro station is right next door. Friendly staff and great service. Pub next door serves decent pub food and usually has good offers on (ie 2 for £10). Only had Dinner there, so can't comment on the breakfast availability... More

“Airport Hotel in a premier class”

Lots of free car parking ...just mind you don't park under the trees lol your car will be treated to a splattering of bird doodle ! Suberb reception from Joanne ,making you feel that your the first ever person to arrive..really good.Fantastic premier inn standard room....very well maintained and clean...this has newer fittings with flat screen tv and dimmer lights...this... “Room better than expected but let down by dreadful breakfast”

Good location - ample free parking, next to Callerton Parkway Metro station. Spacious room, big comfortable bed, excellent shower. Reception staff friendly and helpful. But oh! that terrible breakfast! Inferior orange juice - watery and tasteless. Croissants no longer available at 8.30, with the excuse that they had a big party staying. Didn't they know how many they had booked?... More

very helpful staff from printing additinal directions needed and letting us use a jar of de-caff coffee as no sachets were avaliable great service. More
