The Dalrachney Lodge is a great place to stay while in this area of Scotland. The hosts Steve and Tracy are FANTASTIC! Next time we will stay longer, and enjoy more of this area’s sights and the host’s great company! Breakfast was great as well, enjoyed on a sunny beautiful morning in Scotland. J&M from Alaska!

This is a beautiful B and B, with a fascinating history, and Steve and Tracy were great hosts, who made us feel very welcome right from the onset. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the breakfast room had a very memorable view of the large garden and the hills beyond. Steve and Tracy were also very generous with their time, and suggesting activities.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. We were made so welcome. The owners are genuine , down to earth and great people and we will be back . The room was great and had an impressive en-suite. Everything was immaculate and presented beautifully. The breakfast was fantastic and there was plenty of it and great options for everyone. The only downside was that we were going home and wished we could stay longer. Thank you, Ian and Maz from Blairgowrie

Wonderful weekend break at Dalrachney! From the moment we arrived until we left this morning we were made to feel so welcome by Tracy and Steve. Room 1 is fabulous, spacious and comfortable with lovely views of the garden and spotlessly clean. Porridge brulee is a taste sensation! Breakfast was phenomenal. Thanks for a fantastic weekend. Looking forward to staying there again soon. Mark & Claire

We spent two fantastic days at the lodge during our Scottish strip . Big thanks to our hosts for their kindness and warm welcome. Breakfast is gargantuan and delicious (especially the porridge brûlé) . Little gem in the highlands that will leave a nice souvenir .

Absolutely wonderful stay at Dalrachney. Our rooms were beautiful and so comfortable. Steve and Tracey are fabulous hosts and go out of their way to make every guest feel so welcome. Our breakfasts were exceptional and most generous … couldn’t manage lunch that day!! Loved the history of the lodge - this is such a fascinating and beautiful old building beautifully preserved and in such a gorgeous location. I would thoroughly recommend a visit!

Really enjoyable stay here for a short business trip. Perfectly looked after by Steve and Tracey who were always on hand and friendly. Full of advice on where to eat and couldn’t have been more helpful for a timely breakfast

A warm welcome and relaxing atmosphere. We returned to this wonderful hotel after several years away and we were delighted with the new owners. Our room had a large four poster bed which was very comfortable, the bathroom had a amazing shower and lovely bath. Our breakfast was very delicious and set us up for our long journey home. Located on the edge of Carrbridge it is perfect for seeing all that the area has to offer. We highly recommend the Dalrachney Lodge Hotel. We will return.

Stayed in Carrbridge for 3 nights while we toured the area. This absolutely delightful Edwardian Lodge Hotel is so much full of character, in pleasant gardens and with seating area/tables on the patio. We were well looked after by the charming hosts Steve and Tracey. Our bedroom was spacious with a large very comfortable double bed, comfy easy chairs and ample clothes hanging space and drawers. Modern and spotlessly clean bathroom with the largest fluffy bath sheets we have seen!! Generous complimentary tea/coffee tray in room. Smart TV in room. We had the delicious Scottish cooked breakfast - there were many options as we are vegetarian/fish eaters! Carrbridge itself is a few minutes walk away with lovely Pub for dinners (We used The Cairn) and some pleasant local walks along the river! All in all throughly recommended - it was the best of 3 locations we stayed at during our 10 day holiday in Scotland!
