Everything nearby. They added a flat screen tv to the rooms which is great. The only thing I did not like is 40 monthly housekeeping fee. Everything else is great. Clean rooms, exterior, laundry. Housekeeping is great too. They only clean rooms once a week. Probably can increase to twice a week if charging $10 for the cleaning.
