Great location just off the Grand Canal and a short walk from the main train station. The only issue with that is that you do have to climb steps on 4 bridges to get to the hotel with the luggage.
Room was very small couldn't walk around the bed with luggage on the floor...but to be expected in Venice.

Lots of babies a this Hotel, it felt as if we had booked to stay at a kindergarten, crying babies at Breakfast and Dinner I suspect the ratio of family rooms is very high. The dining room is more like a school dinner hall. The breakfast selection was poor, just 2 cereals and cordial for fruit juice, and just rolls/croissants...
