The Agriturismo Acquacalda lies in the Valle del Fiume del Carpina, in the middle of a farming community spread over about 130 hectares of land, in a protected area used for the breeding and repopulating of the game. Acquacalda derives its name from a spring water low in mineral content. It is a family ancient farm house, with rooms and mini apartments full furnished with all comforts. Our guests can enjoy the swimming pool, in-door and out door excursions, mountain biking and horseback riding, fishing, food tasting and cooking classes, and the own factory shop where they can buy pork meat and Chianina beef, honey, truffle and jam. They can also enjoy the specialties at our restaurant: grilled Chianina beef, garden vegetables, home-made cakes and the mineral water of our spring, with a low sodium content, a good remedy for many therapeutical needs.
