Wouldn't recommend this motel - the interior is very dated (the worst of the 1970's) and the beds are the most uncomfortable I have slept in for many years. Cons: Not warm enough when you first enter. Magazines were very old. Clock wasn't running properly . Very old beds not comfortable. Decore needs updating. The free WiFi needs works. Pros: Garden very well maintained. Small play area for kids and swimming pool for warmer seasons. Value for money.

Clean, tidy and warm. Slept well, no road noise. My biggest thank you to Lewis and Kate and their son, who drove all the way to Christchurch with my husbands passport. It will be remembered as a wonderful act of caring human beings. We recommend your motel very highly.

A fine motel, at least the newer units are better than average. Free broadband a nice plus. Room quite large & kitchen well-equipped. Very quiet. Pleasant 1-night stay after a long drive from Blenheim.

This was our first experience of a New Zealand Motel, and we were very satisfied considering the price we paid. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable,and clean.

We checked in, then drove down a beautiful rose-lined driveway and entered our unit. It was quite large with a nice little heater for the chilly morning. The kitchen was well equipped. And I was just 2 doors away from the laundry and the clothes line. It fitted our needs nicely.

This is a really nice motel. The best bit is when you arrive into the beautiful garden the owners have created around which sit all the units. We had a older studio unit that has not been updated but was spotless and we have never seen such polished stainless steel ! No microwave but the unit was lovely and quiet with a comfortable bed, had a great sleep. The Management presents this complex with pride which is a credit to them. Will recommend to others.
